You will be prompted when adding to the cart to fill out a form before checking out. If you are adding multiple sessions to the cart you will need to fill out the form each time.

Private Lessons are limited to 2 sessions per individual/family.

STUDENTS NEED TO BRING THESE ITEMS TO THEIR LESSONS:
Tennis racquet, water bottle, towel, hat, sunglasses (optional) and to wear non-marking tennis shoes
