Please fully complete all information for each child in the membership. Children must be age 24 or younger and full time residents of the member family's home. If the primary members are grandparents, grandchildren 16 and under may be listed on membership. Grandparents must be the guardians for any kids not cleared to swim without supervision. Parents of the grandchild are welcome on guest pass.

By clicking the button below, I hereby agree to abide by the Rules of the Hidden Springs Ranch Recreation Association and Regulations of the Officers and Directors of the Association. I have read the rules which are available online at http://www.hsrra.com/rules (or from the Board) and will receive a refund of membership fee if requested within a 5-day period after submitting my application. I understand that membership may be forfeited without refund for violation of the Rules. Membership is valid May 1, 2024 through April 30, 2025 and is non-transferable to another family. I personally assume all risk incidental to my use of Association facilities. I hereby release (for myself, my heirs, executors and administrators) the Officers, Directors, Employees and Volunteers of the Association from any and all claims, demands or causes of action incident to my use of the Association facilities.
